At Thongs & Shoes, we want you to love your footwear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn thongs or shoes back into their original box and secure them inside a mailing satchel to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to any authorized shipping location and keep your receipt until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
